McCain's stance on the issues.

1- Abortion - John McCain is opposed to abortion exept in the case of rape, incest, or mothers life expectacy issues.

2- Education- John McCain does not like schools now and he wants to change them. He says that if the schools will not change then the parents should be allowed to change schools.

3- Death Penalty- John McCain belives in more death penalty and stricter sentencing for criminals who have commited heineous acts.

4- Environment- John McCain belives that a climate policy should be scientificaly sound and built on mandatory emission timetables.

5- Health care- John McCain wants to cut back on healthcare taxing.

6- Immigration- the first thing McCain wants to do is secure our borders to keep out illegal immigrants and he wants to make sure that every state that has a border keep it safe and secure.

7- Iraq War- John McCain wants to keep the war the same and work on staabilising the economy in Iraq.

8- Economy- McCain says he has a sort of plan that will fix everything and create millions of new jobs for everybody.

9- Poverty- John McCain believes in welfare but he thinks that welfare recipeints should spend 40 hours a week on job or training shifts.

10-Stem Cell Research- John McCain supports stem cell research and he wants to put government finances on adult research.

Barack Obama's feelings on issues

1. Abortion- Barack Obama understands that it is a divisive issue and he supports peoples opinions, but he feels that women should have the right to choose.

2- Education- Barack Obama feels that education is important and he supports putting funding through to early childhood support. He wants to rebild no child left behind.

3- Death Penalty- Obama feels that the death penalty will do little to deter crime but it should be used in crimes that are extremely heineous/pale.

4- Environment- Obama wants to go green, and he supports not giving more land to the big oil companies.

5- Health care- Obama wants to make health insurance work for people and not just for drug companies. he supports the middle class and wants a healthy america.

6- Immigration-Barack Obama wants to create secure borders and get people who are here illegaly to come out and have a chance to become a US citizen.

7- Iraq War- Barack Obama wants to end the war quickly by equiping our soldiers with weapons and educate the soldiers, he wants to bring the war into the 21st century.

Environmental Issues

The current environmental situation is indeed very grim and both candidates address that what is going on right now isnt good for the american people. Politicians are allowing big oil companies to drill and the big oil companies currently have over 68 million acres of federal land that they are not drilling on. On top of that the current pollution in the air is causing the earth to heat up at least.4 degrees a year. Now that may not sound like much but it would only take about six degrees for the entire world to be completly underwater. I like how Obama wants to spend more money on keeping everything green and less money on tax cuts for big oil companies.

Nuclear Weapons

I have a strong opinion about nuclear weapons: they shouldn't exist period. The United States alone possess enough nuclear missiles to blow up the world twenty times over and I ask. Why? when we aquired the capability to destroy the Earth one time what pushed the politicians to make more? were they just sitting around and saying "well I think we need a little more just in case we need to destroy the Earth twenty time." People dont need that kind of power i belive we should just stick to guns. Nuclear weapons are just so destructive and bad for the human race.

Offshore Drilling

I am not opposed to the idea of offshore drilling but as I stated in the above; The big oil companies have over 68 million acres of federal land that they are not drilling on so the only thing I have to say about all of this is that they should drill up that land first before they spend new money on more land.

Republican Collage

This is my republican collage. Notice that in this one you see the vice president Sarah Palin whereas in the Democratic one you do not see Joe Biden. that is simply because Joe Biden barely came up in the presidential campaign and sarah palin shows up all over the place. In this collage you can see that the Republicans are primarily christian and are oppsoed to gay marriage just like the Democrats.

This is a collage I made about the Democratic party. In this collage you see some of the views that will affect society and the individual. Views like the anti gay marriage which will prevent some people from living together and then maybe they will take out their frustrastions on the society. You see that the Democrats are pro-choice so that means their will be less mothers who are to young or not ready to have children. The last view you see is the anti torture view, which you may be able to see i feel strongly about. I know that our society has grown out of the days where we have to inflict pain on another human being just so we can get some questionable results.
